The Alabama Cooperative Extension System has a long history of serving people and communities. Based at Alabama A&M and Auburn universities, and with county offices across the state, our mission is to provide impactful, relevant educational resources, advance urban and suburban communities, and enhance the quality of life for residents in Alabama.

We take university research and translate it into programs that everyone can understand. These informal learning activities are designed to make positive changes in our cities by helping groups and individuals solve problems and grow.
